How we do it

We work with homeowners, architects, designers, and builders in both the new construction and remodel phases. Our in-house design staff is fully qualified to handle a full range of kitchen and bath design needs as well as commercial storage systems. E3 Cabinets and Design will develop design solutions and provide cabinetry and installation services to meet all budgets. We look forward to assisting you with all of your cabinetry needs.

Initial Meeting​

For our initial meeting, we ask that you provide as much information as possible about your project. This includes the following:

1. A complete customer information sheet

2. A dimensioned sketch of the existing kitchen (if applicable)

3. Any information about your future project (sketches, magazine clippings, colors, materials, hardware, etc.)

4. A list of your expected appliances

5. An idea of your budget

Design Services​

After our initial constulation, E3 Cabinets will provide an estimate based on our discussion and the information that you provided. Typically, this takes 3 to 5 days, though we will keep you informed if your estimate requires more time. At this time, if you choose to move forward, a design fee will be required. Should you choose to complete your project with E3 Cabinets; the design fee will be credited back to you.

After the initial design pricing, and the acceptance of contract, a deposit is required in order to proceed. On site measurements will then be taken to confirm all dimensions. 1 to 2 weeks may be required to accommodate design adjustments and order details. Variation in site conditions and the customers design decisions may prolong this time frame.

Prior to ordering the cabinets, a set of drawings, and a control sample of the door material and finish will be provided with the final contract. Any subsequent changes to the design or scope of work must be submitted in writing.

Your cabinets will typically arrive 6 to 8 weeks after order confirmation. Non-standard materials or custom elements may affect this lead time.

Installation​

1. Verify measurements in the field

2. Consult with the builder and the other trades on the job to effectively manage the installation process

3. Skilled craftsman will perform all installations to your complete satisfaction

4. Complete a walk through with the builder or homeowner to address any concerns

5. E3 Cabinets extends a full one year warranty on craftsmanship relating to the installation of the cabinetry

6. In house service is available
