This custom home is an excellent showcase for cabinetry. The kitchen is an excellent example of the traditional style with a modern take on color. The perimeter is done in “Spanish Moss” which is neither a stain or a paint. As a wash, the finish is semi-opaque which allows the graining of the selected wood to show through. The double islands are done in a dark walnut stain, which also matches the adjacenet butler's pantry. Some special features in the kitchen include a hidden pantry, double islands with a radius, decorative legs/bun feet, arch valance, internal roll outs, double trash pull out, sink tilt outs, and an open bookcase.
